Hans is an experienced project consultant with a demonstrated history of working with several nonprofit organizations and diplomatic missions on various human rights initiatives.

 

In addition to his vast portfolio of freelance development consulting engagements which ranges from human rights to education and from gender equality to youth empowerment, he is currently a Project Manager of the Regional Headquarters of the French-based multinational tech company. He finished his degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman and took advanced studies in International Affairs and Strategic Management and Policies in the University Nice in France and University of Murcia in Spain through the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship Programme.
