Wedda hails from City of Majestic Waterfalls, Iligan City. She later moved to Cagayan de Oro to study in Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan. Wedda holds a degree in Development Communication major in Educational Communication from Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan.

 

She handled various leadership positions way back in college. She was the Designer’s Pool Head-the creatives arm of the Development Communication Society (DevCom Soc) a co-curricular organization of the University. She was also a volunteer of Atenista Ako Movement-a leadership formation program under the Student Activities and Leadership Development Office (Office of Student Affairs) dedicated to promoting Ignatian values and inciting University spirit.
