Mikaela Luisa Carmen Teves, SPARK! Operations Manager, represented SPARK! at the 3-day 2016 Civil Society Organization Summit on Combating Human Trafficking that was held by the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking. The focus of the discussion at the summit was to collate and reflect upon recommendations to aide the formulation of the National Strategic Action Plan Against Trafficking Against Persons.
